Another discussion arising from the Scho Show slack channel: which teams have used the most draft capital on edges since 2017?

I've compiled a list of all edges drafted in the top 200 since 2017. The columns include number of players drafted, projected Approximate Value per the Chase Stuart draft chart (AV), and points according to the Jimmy Johnson draft chart (JJ):

The other day I discussed whether the New England Patriots had a good foundation with some Scho Show Slack compatriots and I opined that their rookie contract talent probably ranked in the 20’s somewhere. It occurred to me that I had the data to answer this question.
